Offering, payment and cancellation

This information applies to contracts between Apsara Software GmbH and the businesses that use Ocio.

What we sell

Apsara Software GmbH offers Ocio: a subscription software platform for schools, studios and providers of courses, training and lessons. It comprises a website in the business's branding with online booking, payment processing and administration, set up by us.

We sell digital services only; no physical goods are shipped. The offering is directed at businesses and organisations.

Payment and invoicing

The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen term, monthly or annually. The one-time setup fee and the first subscription period are invoiced when the platform is provisioned. All prices are in Swiss francs and exclude VAT.

Invoices and statements are delivered electronically, as downloads in the account and by e-mail.

Refunds and disputes

An order becomes payable only when the platform is provisioned. If Apsara Software GmbH declines an order within five business days, no costs arise.

Subscription periods already paid are not refunded on cancellation. If a service has not been delivered as agreed, write to us; we resolve the case directly and refund, where a refund is owed, to the original payment method.

Payments that a business's customers make through that business's Ocio website are subject to the business's own terms. Refunds to them follow the business's rules and are made through the platform (organisation terms, section 6.6).

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich.

Terms and conditions for organisations

Cancellation

The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term. It can be cancelled in writing up to 30 days before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then.

Promotion terms

Launch offer: 20% off the subscription in the first year from provisioning and 50% off the one-time setup fee, for orders placed by 31 December 2026. The discount is shown in the order summary and applied automatically. Regular prices apply after the first year. The discount has no cash value.
