Launch offer: terms

1. The Launch offer is valid until 31 December 2026. What counts is the conclusion of the contract: the payable order must reach us by that date.
2. It comprises 20% off the subscription in the first year from provisioning and 50% off the one-time setup fee. Regular prices apply after the first year.
3. If the subscription is upgraded to a larger package during the first year, the promotional price transfers to the new contract. This does not extend the contract term; the first year still ends one year after the original provisioning.

These terms supplement the purchase contract and the Organization Terms (§ 8.9).
