We are delighted that you have decided to manage your business with Ocio. We are here to serve you, and to help you succeed.
Decide which package fits your business. Every core feature below is in all three β what changes is the scale you run at.
Tick the value-added features your business actually uses. Every price on the page updates as you do, so the total you see is the real one.
When the selection looks right, send it. You see exactly what you are agreeing to, and what it costs, before anything leaves your screen.
We come back to you to understand how your school runs, then build your branded site on your own domain and enter your data for you. You review it live, and we adjust until it is yours.
Book a call and we'll help you decide β no obligation, and no sales script. Pick any free slot in our calendar.

With Direct payment and record keeping you can take every payment outside Ocio β cash, your own TWINT QR, a bank transfer β and record it on the platform. No commission, and the money goes straight to your account. The trade-offs: no automatic proof of payment, no one-click online refunds, and your provider's own charges still apply. We recommend collecting through Ocio β but the choice is genuinely yours.
We collect payments through Stripe. You get your own Stripe account in your own business name, and your customers' money is paid out to your bank β it never sits with us. Two fees come off a payment: Stripe's processing fee, which depends on the method your customer chooses, and our commission of 1% (minimum CHF 0.30). We show them separately on every transaction and never blend them into one number.
Stripe charges 2.9% + CHF 0.30 on Swiss cards (3.25% + 0.30 international, plus 2% where currency conversion applies). Ocio adds 1%, minimum CHF 0.30. We never mark up Stripe's fee or blend the two β you always see both numbers.
You set the rules yourself, per course or event: a tiered policy saying how much comes back and how late a booking can still be cancelled at all. A common shape is a full refund up to a week ahead, half within that week, nothing in the final day β and no cancellation after that. Ocio applies your tiers automatically, so nobody has to negotiate at the counter.
Whatever your policy allows comes back as store credit by default, which keeps the money in your business and costs neither side a fee. If the customer would rather have it on their card, we send it back through the original payment and the provider's cancellation fee is deducted from what they receive. Either way the place is released immediately and the whole sequence is recorded on the order: who cancelled, when, under which tier, and what was returned.
A change is a cancellation and a new booking made in one step: the old items come off, the new ones go on, and Ocio prices the difference. The new selection has to be worth at least as much as the old one β where it costs more, the difference is charged and confirmed before the change takes effect, and the original order is adjusted rather than replaced. Everything is captured on that order: what was dropped, what was added, the reason given, and who made the change.
