Cancellations, changes and no-shows

  • •Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a class or the first session of a course.
  • •Cancel later than that and 50% is refunded.
  • •Refunds are issued as store credit for use on any future booking.
  • •You may move a booking to another date up to 12 hours beforehand instead of cancelling.
  • •Not turning up without cancelling is charged in full.
  • •A course may be left mid-term, with the remaining sessions refunded pro rata.

1 · Bookings & registration

A registration is confirmed once payment is completed (card, TWINT, wallet) or, for cash/direct bookings, once the amount is settled at reception. Course places are personal and non-transferable unless agreed with the studio. Drop-ins are valid for the named class only.

2 · Cancellations & refunds

Course cancellations up to 14 days before the first class receive a full refund; up to 48 hours before, a credit for a future term. Classes cancelled by the school (marked on the course page) are refunded pro-rata or extended by an extra week. Drop-ins and workshop tickets can be rebooked up to 24 hours in advance.

3 · Passes & packages

Class passes are valid for 6 months from purchase, memberships renew monthly and can be paused at any time from your profile. Private-lesson packs are valid with the named teacher (or any teacher, if bought as a flexible pack) for 12 months.

4 · Room rental

Rental requests are confirmed only after studio approval and payment. The renter is responsible for the space and equipment during the booked hours; damage beyond normal use is charged at replacement cost.

5 · Health & safety

You participate at your own risk and confirm you are in adequate physical condition. Tell your teacher about injuries before class. Follow studio rules and staff instructions at all times.

6 · Your Ocio account

Signing up creates an Ocio account — one login that works at every Ocio-powered school. Your account holds your profile, bookings, passes and receipts. You can change your username and details, or delete the account, at any time from your profile. Account terms are governed by the Ocio platform terms in addition to this school's terms.

7 · Media

Classes and events may occasionally be photographed or filmed for the school's channels. Tell the team if you don't want to appear — we'll make sure you don't.
