What we collect
Your Ocio account profile (name, username, email, phone, photo and the dance details you add), your bookings and payments, check-ins, and messages you send us. Payments are processed by our payment providers — we never store card numbers.
Why we use it
To run your bookings and passes, let teachers see who's in class, send booking confirmations and reminders, and — only if you opt in — our newsletter. Aggregated, anonymised numbers power the school's reports.
Where it lives
Your data is stored by Ocio on servers in Switzerland/the EU and is shared only with this school and the services needed to operate it (payments, email). We don't sell data. Ever.
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — most of it directly from your profile, the rest by writing to us. Deleting your Ocio account removes your profile at every Ocio-powered school.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses only technically necessary storage (your session and preferences) and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No cross-site tracking.
