Cancellations, changes and no-shows
- •Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a class or the first session of a course.
- •After that the booking is non-refundable.
- •You may move a booking to another date up to 12 hours beforehand instead of cancelling.
- •Not turning up without cancelling is charged in full.
- •A course may be left mid-term, with the remaining sessions refunded pro rata.
1 · Seasons & registration
A season place is confirmed once it is paid, or once an invoice has been issued and settled. Places are personal. A team trains once a week for the season it is booked for; the next season is booked separately.
2 · Joining mid-season
A player who joins after the season has started pays only for the trainings that remain. The academy adjusts the amount when the order is placed.
3 · Missed trainings
Up to two missed trainings per season are credited, if notified in advance. Trainings the academy cancels are credited in full. The season fee is otherwise not refunded after the first training.
4 · Summer weather
Outdoor trainings go ahead in light rain. In a thunderstorm or dangerous heat the coach cancels on the day and the training is credited.
5 · Juniors
Players under 18 are registered by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for payment and for collecting the player after training.
6 · Court rental
A court rental is confirmed after approval and payment. The renter is responsible for the court and equipment during the booked hours and returns balls and nets as found.
