Because it is one system, your data joins up: a booking becomes a payment, a member becomes an audience, an event becomes a campaign — without exports and re-imports.

Your customers should experience your business, not our software. Every Ocio customer gets their own website and app on their own domain, styled as their brand. Ocio stays invisible — we are the engine, you are the name on the door.

Data protection is a starting assumption, not an add-on. Customer data is hosted in the EU and India regions, and we operate with a GDPR and Swiss FADP posture. Where we help you understand which campaigns and channels are working, that is campaign tracking and attribution data you control — kept proportionate and transparent to your members.

We describe what is live in the present tense and label what is still on the roadmap as coming soon. Bookings, memberships, events, payments and community are here today. A few refinements — such as fully white-labeled mobile apps and some deeper marketing automations — are on the way, and we will tell you plainly where a capability sits before you commit.
