  • No partner? Register individually — we rotate partners in class, and the partner-search board below helps you find a match.
  • Pair price: 2 × CHF 295 = CHF 590 for both dancers in one payment — cheaper per person than registering individually (CHF 325, students with LEGI CHF 260). How you share the cost is between the two of you.

I'm looking for a
  • Week 1: **The embrace.** How to hold and be held without either of you doing the other's work. Walking together in a straight line — harder and more interesting than it sounds.
  • Week 2: **The walk.** Weight fully on one foot before the other moves. Most tango problems are this problem.
  • Week 3: **Pausing.** Stopping together, staying together, starting again. The pause is where the music gets in.
  • Week 4: **The cross.** Not a figure — a consequence of walking on the other side of the embrace.
  • Week 5: **Module 2 starts here.** Changes of direction, and your first invitation to the Friday milonga.
  • Week 6: **The ocho.** Pivoting without losing the embrace or the axis.
  • Week 7: **Musical basics.** Walking on the beat, then choosing not to.
  • Week 8: **Putting it together.** Everything from the module, danced through as one long tanda.
